Lovingpetsupply.com is required to charge Sales Tax on orders that ship to the State of Florida. The sales tax rate we charge for Florida shipment destinations is 6%.
Currently, all shipments to states other than Florida are tax-free! If you have an exemption from sales tax, please provide the necessary documentation to claim your exemption by contacting our customer service team.
Sales tax exemptions are processed as refunds after the sale. Please note that there is no Sales Tax charged on Gift Cards or Gift Certificates. However, when a Gift Card or Gift Certificate is redeemed for a purchase, the appropriate Florida sales tax will apply to the taxable items in the order.
